To qualify for an exchange, the item must be:

  • In its original packaging

  • In the same condition as received

  • With all tags attached (if applicable)

If the item shows signs of wear, damage, or tampering, it will not be eligible for exchange.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for:

  • Shipping the item back to us for exchange

  • Any shipping fees for the new item

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as AbayaLondon is not responsible for lost or delayed return parcels.

Non-Returnable Items
