Abaya London operates this website and provides all products, information, and services . By accessing or using the Services, customers agree to these Terms of Service . Customers who do not agree must not use the Services.
1. Using the Services
Customers must be at least 18 years old to place an order.
Customers are responsible for ensuring all account, billing, and shipping information is accurate and kept secure.
2. Products
Abaya London sells physical garments, including abayas and women’s clothing.
Product images are for illustration only and colours may appear differently depending on device displays.
Product availability and descriptions may change without notice.
3. Orders
Placing an order is an offer to purchase.
An order becomes binding only when Abaya London sends an order confirmation.
If Abaya London cannot accept an order (e.g., item out of stock, pricing error), customers will be notified and any payment will be refunded.
Orders are for personal use only and not for resale.
4. Prices & Payment
Prices include VAT where applicable.
Shipping costs are shown at checkout.
Customers must provide accurate payment details and are responsible for ensuring payment is authorised.
Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments.
5. Delivery (UK)
Estimated dispatch time: 2–3 business days.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary.
Once items are handed to the carrier, responsibility for the parcel passes to the customer.
Abaya London is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, strikes, customs checks, or events beyond control.
6. Returns & Exchanges (Consumer Rights Act 2015)
Abaya London accepts exchanges for items returned in original condition.
Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and with tags attached.
Return costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
If an item is faulty, customers are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in line with UK consumer rights.

7. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, photos, product names, text, branding, and website content belong to Abaya London or authorised licensors.
Customers may not copy, distribute, or use any content without written permission.
8. Third-Party Services
The Services operate on Shopify’s platform.
Abaya London is responsible for all sales, fulfilment, and customer service.
Shopify is not responsible for customer orders or purchased products.
Abaya London is not responsible for the content or conduct of any third-party websites linked through the Services.

10. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any rights that cannot legally be limited under UK law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
