Shipping Policy — Abaya London (UK)

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK bank holidays).
Customers will receive a confirmation email once an order has been dispatched.

During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer.


2. UK Shipping

Abaya London ships orders across the United Kingdom using reputable couriers such as Royal Mail, Evri, or DHL.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Estimated delivery time after dispatch:
2–3 business days (UK standard delivery)

Delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.


4. Order Tracking

Customers receive tracking details via email once the parcel is dispatched (where available).
Some services may only provide delivery confirmation.


5. Missed Deliveries & Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and correct delivery address.
Abaya London is not responsible for:

  • delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • parcels returned due to missed delivery attempts

  • re-delivery fees or return shipping fees

If a parcel is returned to Abaya London due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, the customer will need to pay a re-shipping fee.


6. Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once a parcel is handed to the courier, responsibility for the item passes to the customer.
However, Abaya London will assist customers in opening an investigation with the carrier if a parcel is lost or significantly delayed.

Please allow 10 business days from dispatch before reporting a UK parcel as missing.


7. Damaged Parcels

If an order arrives damaged, customers must contact Abaya London  straight away and provide :

  • order number

  • photos of damage

  • photos of packaging

Abaya London will resolve the issue in accordance with UK consumer law (replacement, refund, or repair where applicable).


8. Shipping Restrictions

Abaya London does not ship to P.O. Boxes if the courier does not support it.
Additional restrictions may apply during extreme weather or courier disruptions.
